He responded quickly to our request for help, then fixed our two malfunctioning heater/AC units in short order. He also upgraded the thermostats and reviewed them with me. Mr. Madison has been repairing my mom's 35 yr old washer and dryer since the 1980s! Although he no longer works on appliances, he agreed to fix my 24 yr old Maytag because of our previous relationship from 8 yrs ago. He was friendly as always and did a good job. But because the new part he installed was defective, he had to come back the second day. It was replaced quickly. I would recommend him for heating and air conditioner work, which is his main business now. Only long time customers get appliance work.
